Robert “Bobby” Bolivia is the owner and operator of Bolivia’s Finest Quality Used Cars and Petting Zoo. He is the typical tackily dressed car salesman. Bobby unexpectedly sells Sam “Bumblebee” after the mysterious Camaro appears on his lot.
