The CEO of Hotchkiss Gould Investments. He hires Carly Spencer, Sam’s girlfriend, to help him run his collection of exotic cars. Fond of Carly, he hooks her up with cars and provides Sam with career opportunities using his connections. His main goal was to exploit Sam’s connection to the Autobots to help the Decepticons. He was also the one who arranged for Sam’s interview at Accuretta Systems since he is a member of the board of directors.
